There are only two kinds of brows: do you want a powder finish, or hair-like strokes. Whether hairstrokes are done by hand or machine depends on your natural brows and skin — your artist will advise.

A powder finish, soft at the front and deeper at the tail. Even on bare-faced days, you look lightly made up.
Ombre brows give a light, airy powder finish: soft at the front, fuller at the tail, shading gradually from light to deep. The effect is so light it feels like breathing — hence the name.
Depth is built to follow your natural brow shape. Suitable for oily, combination and dry skin.

Hairstroke brows
Fine strokes added one by one along your natural hair flow, blending in so well they pass as real brows up close.
Hairstroke brows don't fill in colour. Very fine strokes are added one by one along the direction of your real hairs. Once sparse areas and gaps are filled, brows look fuller and more defined.
Strokes can be drawn by hand or machine; your artist decides based on your natural brows and skin. Strokes stay crisp and last longer on drier skin, so this style suits dry or normal skin best.
Iris trained in Taiwan under a well-known master of machine hairstroke brows, launched the technique only once she was satisfied with it, and now performs it herself.

THE TECHNIQUE
The needle goes into the scalp — so why doesn't it harm the follicles?
AOh! Microblend SMP uses a dot-placement pigmentation technique, focused on how the dots are arranged and on building density over several sessions. The dots improve the look straight away; with Regenerative SMP, a hair-care serum is infused at the same time to nourish the follicles over the long term.
Pigment sits only between the epidermis and the upper dermis; the growing part of the follicle lies deeper, so the needle never reaches it.
Pigment is placed with a micro-needle — a minimally invasive procedure with no heat, laser or chemicals involved.
The same micro-channels carry a scalp serum, so pigment and scalp care happen in one session.
Pigment gradually fades with skin renewal and UV exposure; it is not permanent.
