Before you book,
please note these points.

Preparation, deposits, what to tell us first, and aftercare — explained separately for SMP, hairline, brows and lips. Three minutes of reading makes everything go more smoothly!

BEFORE

Before you book,
Get ready first.

Scalp

  • Wash your hair the day before or on the day

    We don't offer hair washing. A clean scalp takes and holds colour better.

  • No colouring or perming for two weeks

    Avoid colouring, perming or other treatments that affect the scalp for two weeks before SMP.

  • Tell us about any medication

    If you take any medication or supplements, please check with your doctor first and let us know when booking.

Hairline

  • Wash your hair the day before or on the day

    We don't offer hair washing. A clean scalp and forehead take and hold colour better.

  • No colouring or perming for two weeks

    Avoid colouring, perming or other treatments that affect the scalp for two weeks before your hairline treatment.

  • Tell us about any medication

    If you take any medication or supplements, please check with your doctor first and let us know when booking.

Brows

  • No alcohol for one week before

    Please avoid alcohol for one week before your brow treatment.

  • Stop vitamin E

    For more even, longer-lasting colour, stop taking it from one week before your brow treatment.

  • Tell us about any medication

    If you take any medication or supplements, please check with your doctor first and let us know when booking.

Lips

  • No special preparation

    Lip correction is non-invasive and needle-free, with no recovery time — carry on as normal afterwards.

  • Tell us about allergies or medication

    If you have a history of allergies or are taking medication, please tell us when booking.

DEPOSIT

Deposits and rescheduling.

All treatment bookings require a deposit. To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and receive our confirmation.

Scalp

  • A recent scalp injury
  • Scalp conditions such as seborrhoeic dermatitis or haemangioma
  • Skin infections such as acne or folliculitis
  • Pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Taking blood thinners, steroids, retinoids or other long-term medication
  • Allergies (e.g. numbing cream, pigment, metals, latex)
  • Prone to scarring or keloids
  • Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure or other chronic conditions
  • Haemophilia or clotting problems
  • Infectious diseases (e.g. hepatitis, HIV)
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or with weakened immunity
  • Other treatments on the same area within two weeks (e.g. laser, injections, hair colouring, perming)

Hairline

  • Wounds, eczema, dermatitis, acne, folliculitis or sunburn on the hairline
  • Pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Taking blood thinners, steroids, retinoids or other long-term medication
  • Allergies (e.g. numbing cream, pigment, metals, latex)
  • Prone to scarring or keloids

  • Prone to scarring or keloids
  • Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure or other chronic conditions
  • Haemophilia or clotting problems
  • Infectious diseases (e.g. hepatitis, HIV)
  • Undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or with weakened immunity

AFTERCARE

After treatment,
here's how to care for it.

In time order. If anything feels wrong, WhatsApp us anytime.

Scalp

  1. Within 24 hours

    Keep your scalp dry and don't wash your hair. Then wash gently with a mild shampoo.

  2. Within 3 days

    Avoid heavy-sweat exercise.

  3. During recovery

    Don't scratch your scalp, or pigment may come off; ask us for a soothing cream if it itches. Avoid sun exposure, eat less spicy food, and avoid smoking and alcohol.

  4. Within 2 weeks

    Avoid swimming, saunas, and places that may cause infection such as pools and beaches.

Hairline

  1. Within 24 hours

    Keep the hairline dry and don't wash your hair. Then wash gently with a mild shampoo.

  2. Within 3 days

    Avoid heavy-sweat exercise.

  3. During recovery

    Don't scratch the hairline, or pigment may come off; ask us for a soothing cream if it itches. Avoid sun exposure, eat less spicy food, and avoid smoking and alcohol.

  4. Within 2 weeks

    Avoid swimming, saunas, and places that may cause infection such as pools and beaches.

Brows

  1. 5 to 7 days

    Light flaking is normal. During this time keep your brows dry and don't use make-up remover on them; let the flakes fall off naturally — don't pick or scratch. We'll give you aftercare instructions and an aftercare kit.

  2. 4 to 6 weeks

    Your first brow treatment includes one free touch-up, usually arranged in this window. Please confirm the timing when you book.

Lips

  1. After

    No recovery time — carry on as normal. If anything feels wrong, WhatsApp us anytime.
